My wife and I eat a lot of salmon (3 to 4 times per month). We ordered Sajji Masala for some variety in how we prepare our salmon. We recently tired it and both of us thought it was excellent. The Sajji enhanced the natural flavors of salmon while providing just enough “kick” for our likely. Looking forward to trying Sajji on other fish, particularly on fresh trout from the local stream. I think it would also be excellent on chicken breast, but we have not tried it on that yet. For our use of this spice we applied it to our salmon before baking it at 365 degrees for 35 minutes.
