Refund and Exchange Policy
White Jasmine LLC is committed to delivering superior products and exemplary customer service. Should your product arrive damaged, opened or otherwise harmed please contact us directly within five (5) business days at either email@example.com or directly (608) 516-2030 where you may receive a refund or an exchange for an exact or similar product.
If your product is unopened and you would like an exchange or refund please contact us with in five (5) business days and we will facilitate the refund or exchange. Please note, both shipping and return shipping are non-refundable.
Please note – when shipping perishables such as our Gouda cheese line, we ask that upon receiving your product you remove it from it’s shipping box(es) immediately and store it in a refrigerated climate between 30-40 degrees Fahrenheit. Failure to do so may result in spoilage and White Jasmine can no longer take responsibility for perishable products once they have reached their destination.
