Product is great but there was some confusion about my payment even though it was approved through PayPal. Because of this I never received my second order. All my emails received no response or bounced back saying mailbox full. I called and spoke to someone who said they would follow up the next day, but never heard anything. Disappointing as the order I did receive is great and I wanted to support a small business.

When I was thinking of a birthday gift for my mother, I knew I wanted to get her something other than go-to options like scarves or jewelry.
