I have ordered several sets of this cheese and am ordering more today. It is truely decadent. There is a depth of flavor here that none other has. Love it shredded on my scrambled eggs or mixed with plain cheddar on a grilled cheese. Whenever I serve it to guests they always say “What is this cheese?” Everyone loves it !!
