Fish Tacos
6 cod filets, medium
2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons White Jasmine Sajji Masala
½ teaspoon Turmeric
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup red onion, chopped
1 cup green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon whole cumin
1 4 inch cinnamon stick
½ cup cilantro, chopped
Toppings:
Thinly shredded lettuce
Pineapple or Mango salsa
White Jasmine Sajji BBQ Gouda

Season cod with salt. Mix garlic, olive oil, turmeric and White Jasmine Sajji Masala in a small bowl. Set aside. Heat up a nonstick saucepan, add a tablespoon of olive oil. Add all whole spices and let them sizzle for a minute or two. Add the onions and sauté them for a minute or two. Gently add fish filets to the saucepan. Top the fish with the spice mixture in the bowl, place it on medium heat and let the fish cook for a few minutes. Gently turn it over and cook for another couple of minutes. Top with cilantro. Set it aside. Break the fish pieces in small chunks to assemble the tacos. Use soft tacos, add thinly sliced lettuce, fish pieces, pineapple salsa and White Jasmine Cumin Gouda. Enjoy!
