Shrimp Lettuce Wraps
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon whole cumin
1 cup green onions, chopped
1 cup red onions, chopped
1 pound frozen shrimp, detailed
1 teaspoon White Jasmine Sajji Masala
1 red pepper, sliced
½ teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup cilantro, chopped
8 leaves butterhead or romaine
In a saucepan, warm up the olive oil. Add whole cumin. Add green and red onions. Saute the onions until they become translucent. Add shrimp, Sajji masala and red peppers. Add salt. Saute the mixture for 5-7 minutes until the shrimp is cooked. Sprinkle the cilantro. Add a spoonful in the middle of a lettuce leaf, wrap it and enjoy!
