Baked Tomatoes with Cheese:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon whole cumin
2 pounds tomatoes, thickly sliced (roma/tomatoes on the vine/beef tomatoes/etc.)
1 teaspoon White Jasmine Tandoori Masala
1 cup White Jasmine Sajji Gouda
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
Heat the oven to 400 degrees. In a baking dish spread the tomato slices. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle, whole cumin, Tandoori Masala and kosher salt on the tomato slices. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Take the baking dish out of the oven. Sprinkle the Sajji Gouda on top of the baked tomatoes and place it back in the oven for about 5 minutes. Serve warm.
