I am a cheesaholic–raised in WI and I love the White Jasmine cheeses. Always good, always reliable and great customer service. the only problem this year is I sent some as gifts and there was absolutely no info about WHo sent them–so people didn’t know who they got these from.

I have ordered several sets of this cheese and am ordering more today. It is truely decadent. There is a depth of flavor here that none other has. Love it shredded on my scrambled eggs or mixed with plain cheddar on a grilled cheese. Whenever I serve it to guests they always say “What is this cheese?” Everyone loves it !! A lot of times it is my ‘go to’ late night snack. Just a couple of thin slices and my taste buds are very happy. Thank you Huma for bringing this to us.
