Tandoori Grilled Cheese Sandwich
2 slices Rye bread
2 teaspoons salted butter, melted
2 slices White Jasmine Tandoori Gouda
2 slices crisp red apple
Butter the bread on one side of each slice. Heat a heavy frying pan on medium heat. Place a slice in the frying pan, butter side down. Let it turn light golden brown, Place the cheese and apple slices on top. Let it warm up for 1-2 minutes. Place the second buttered slice on top, butter slice facing up. Now turn the sandwich over. Let everything cook for 2-3 minutes, until the bread turns golden brown. Flip the sandwich and let the other side turn golden brown. Remove from the pan once the bread turns golden brown on both sides and the cheese has melted. Serve warm.
