Tasted my 1st bite of the Tandoori Gouda while shopping and stopped at a sample station at Lund’s & Byerlys.
This cheese is incredible! So far have nibbles on it, placed w/scrambled eggs and topped my chili with it a sprig of peppermint and sour cream.
Had it not been for the friendly server and her enthusiasm, I may not have stopped to taste!

Bought this on a whim when I saw it in my grocery’s cheese section. I just had this on mushroom ravioli. Excellent! Would be great on any pasta. The smoky flavor would be great with beef or chicken.

Wow this cheese is spicy and a bit tangy! Loved the flavor and the aroma. I do agree with others that it will be best to use in cooked preparations like pasta or pizza. However I intend to snack on it with some corn chips as a savory lunch time treat with some chai! Pre sliced version will be nice. The milky mild flavor of gouda does go into the background but tandoori spices are supposed to be strong. Keep up the good work!

Tasty – but best as an ingredient in chili, mac’n’cheese etc. Too crumbly to cut for use on crackers. White Jasmine should consider making a spreadable version in a tub. Or maybe snack (cracker-sized) individual slices between papers in a butter-dish style plastic container.

Love the cheese, was a little concerned that it shipped over a weekend and the cold packs were not cold when the package arrived.
