Kitchen Window Cooking Class
Samosas: pastry filled with spicy potatoes, cilantro,
green onions and then deep fried. Students will get a chance to make this
very popular, traditional Pakistani/Indian appetizer. Raita - a
cool yogurt side sauce to enhance the taste of the appetizers and the main
course, Baked Sajji Tilapia - tilapia filets baked in
a garlic, ginger and White
Jasmine Sajji Masala, Matar Pulao -
basmati rice cooked with green peas and whole spices. Tamater Chutney -
ripe tomatoes cooked with spices, green onions and cilantro.
